There is a simple solution to all that has been happening within the years of 2014 thru 2016, and that is to comply with law enforcement. Someone’s wrong or bad decision and who perform the wrong actions may cause the police officer to also make a wrong or bad decision and also perform the wrong actions. Police officers are human too and all humans make bad or wrong decisions and mistakes. All the time!

If someone is stopped by the police, they should comply with the officer whether the officer is in the right or in the wrong. If someone is falsely arrested, then they can sue the police department for 10's of thousands of dollars, a win right? But if the officer is in the right to arrest someone who has broken the law and if it is an arrestable offense, then they should comply.

Those who are stopped by the police have to look at this situation in such a way that they can’t defeat all of law enforcement. There are thousands of law enforcement officers in the U.S. including the FBI. So it wouldn’t be wise to resist, threaten the officer with bodily harm or with death. In the end those who resist arrest like this will either end up with more serious charges that would require more jail time or they will end up dead. Is anyone learning and understanding this yet?

Trying to flee from law enforcement isn’t a wise decision either. If law enforcement really wants to find someone, they will find them. Fleeing also incurs more serious charges and jail time. Fleeing from law enforcement in a car after a traffic stop usually ends up with those who are fleeing at a high rate of speed to cause an accident. An accident caused by colliding with another car causes those passengers to end up seriously injured or even killed. This incurs serious charges for the person who resisted and led the police on a high speed chase. Plus, emotional pain is inflicted on the friends and family of those who were killed in the crash including the friends and family of the person who fled if they die.

Those who resist and physically fight with law enforcement or fleeing from them may be a felony. It is really difficult for people to be hired for a job if they have a felony on their record.

It is best to “man-up” to a violation and deal with it with logic and self control. The problem is people have a tendency to let their emotions control their decisions and actions instead of using their mind to control their actions and their emotions such as anger or fear. Also someone’s big ego may also be the source for allowing their emotions to control them. It is best to think and plan out ahead of time what to do if ever stopped by law enforcement. Think of what the consequences would be if the wrong decisions and actions are made. They must then ask themselves, “Will it be worth it?”.

Those who are stopped by the police need to take a deep breath and focus on what they are going to do and keep in control of their own emotions. They need to not let their emotions control their actions and realize that they can’t defeat law enforcement. There are too many of them and they hold all the power. There is little sense in making a certain bad situation even worse with more wrong or bad decisions and by doing more wrong actions.

I think that are some people who have a problem when complying to authority. They don’t like being told what they can or can’t do, especially by law enforcement. I know, there have been a couple of been times where I have been told by law enforcement that I was doing something wrong. I didn’t like it, but I did as I was told to do. They are the ones who hold the power and it is best to comply with them and not to put up a fuss. It is best for someone to acknowledge that they have done something wrong and maturely and logically deal with it. They shouldn’t allow their emotions to control them. When approached by law enforcement, it is best to comply with their requests.

I’m not excusing the wrong and bad decisions and actions that some police officers have done. You should have heard the expletives I was yelling at the television when I had viewed the videos of the wrong actions those police officers had committed. Watching that enraged me. They should be convicted of murder and spend the rest of their lives in prison.

If someone is afraid of complying or get angry when they are stopped by law enforcement, they need to know that it is better to comply than to resist the police. No one can defeat all of law enforcement except only in court. That is if law enforcement have falsely arrested someone who hasn’t broken the law.

But what I did notice is that if the subjects had complied with law enforcement, then those police officers would not have been put into a situation where they would have made the wrong and fatal decisions. That never would have happened. It is better to go to jail than to the grave. Either way, no one can physically fight law enforcement and survive without serious consequences.

Three Basic Rules That Should Be Followed To Keep From Harm:
1)     Obey the laws so that there is no reason to be stopped by law enforcement.
2)     If stopped by law enforcement, do the right thing and make the correct and right decisions. Control                  emotions!
3)     COMPLY! Stop getting killed!

RACISM

I think that racism is very stupid. We are all the same species. It is just plain ignorance to devalue and hate someone else just because of the color of their skin. This is the dumbest thing ever! If someone is to judge someone else, they should judge them on how they behave and how they treat other people, not because of the color of their skin. People need to change and to reject racism for the better good of society and humanity.

Sheriff Deputy shoots 14 year old boy

This happened on the Bad River Band of Lake Superior Chippewa reservation in northern Wisconsin.

The 14 year old boy who is Jason Pero, was walking outside his home holding a knife. I heard the situation quickly escalated and then the deputy fatally shot him.

Okay, first off, I believe that Jason was trying to commit suicide by cop. If I had been the sheriff deputy I would have immediately recognized that and would have handled the situation much differently. Jason was 14 years old, he was just a boy and didn’t know any better. He was probably depressed and insecure. Perhaps he was being bullied at school. I would have tried to make a connection with him and to be his friend. I would have tried to get into his head. By just telling the boy to put down his weapon isn’t going to work. Law enforcement needs better training. They seem to become afraid too easily. This clouds their thinking, judgement, and actions. I would have shown much more restraint and would have used higher intelligence. I am not afraid of a 14 year old boy holding a knife. I could resolve the situation without resorting to using a firearm. How can someone point a gun at a child and shoot them so easily? Shame!
